My Current Favourite Youtube Channels- May 2021

One of my favourite things to do during my leisure time is to watch fun and informative videos on Youtube. Recently, I have found myself glued to some channels and I thought, why not share them with you?

Today I am going to share my four favourite YouTube channels and three of them are owned by women!

From living as a Lagos influencer through one to living as a Londoner and travelling the world as a presenter through another, living the Dubai dreaam as a beauty influencer and finally having fun with my friends through the last, these channels have managed to make me smile, laugh and dream bigger.

From Lagos, to London to Dubai, I share with you my four favourite Youtube channels in May 2021

1. Amy Okoli

Amy Okoli is a social media influencer and YouTuber who resides in Lagos and Abuja. She shares different types of content on her channel, ranging from fashion hauls to vlogs, to storytime and they’re always hilarious. I love Amy’s channel because she feels like a friend, a friend that doesn’t know you LOL but the warmth is there.

2. Derin Adetosoye

Derin is a Nigerian-British London Youtuber who recently became the newest presenter for UK’s Formula E. Her YouTube videos started from student tips videos and now she’s bringing us into her life post-graduate and travelling the world as a TV presenter. Her content ranges from fashion to beauty, to lifestyle, to travel and more. Her voice is really comforting to listen to lol. I guarantee that her channel will have you hooked.

3. Mimie Jay

Mimie is a makeup artist, beauty influencer, blogger and youtuber living in Dubai. She is an amazing youtuber who focuses on the beauty and lifestyle niches. i was beyond gassed when i found out she was also a blogger and i spend most of my time also on her blog. Pn her channel she posts videos on beauty tips, vlogs and more.

4. Sidemen

Sidemen are a British 7-man group who have been together for eight years and they are absolutely hilarious. They post new videos on their main channel every Sunday. With hilarious videos of little to no context and a whole production team behind-the-scenes, they’re easily the best YouTube channel right now. Thank you to my older brother for putting me on.

That’s it! People that know me, know that I love keeping my favourite people to myself, but today- i’m sharing them with you- and for that, you’re welcome.
